Contrasts in a One-Sided Love Affair
A haiku of sorts in e minor flat

Delight and despair; better than agony and ecstasy but not quite right, too hyperbolic. Still, conceptual contrast is telling. Delight is accurate. Its counterpart is a blend of frustration, boredom and trepidation but I can’t quite find the correct word this morning.

Perhaps that’s because last night was wonderful.
