Swivel Chair Heaven
Swivel chairs are pretty cool. I mean the tilt-back type of course. Close your eyes and you can ride them just about anywhere as they mystically transform into cockpits for astral projection, take your choice, space, time or both.
They work best when tilted back and legs are raised, as when resting on a table on which one had theretofore been working. Actually, that involves a kind of research in and of itself. You think about a problem until you attain the appropriate trance state and then, lean back and away-you go.
Of course, although you usually find answers, they may not exactly match the questions you’d been considering; though the answers are sometimes significantly more important than those you started out seeking.
I wonder if anyone’s ever been buried (after they passed away I mean), sitting back in a swivel chair, heading off at light speed for the juncture of eternity and infinity:
— swivel chair heaven.
