Here It Comes Again

I was pretty sure the lack of class in the reaction of many Republicans to Barrack Obama’s election as president could never be surpassed, but, seemingly, I was wrong. Both Republicans and Democrats keep striving to attain new lows, goaded on by an apparently insane press.

If only the trash heap of history boasted of sirens singing to them both, clearing the decks for something new, something decent, something positive.

But the only music today seems to come from pipe dreams.
