Abominable Obama

The man I was most thrilled to see elected as president of the United States, a moment I will never forget as my eyes moistened and my heart soared, not because I shared all of his policies but because of what the election represented with respect to a perceived change in the American character, ended in nightmare.

As, with everything they touch, the Clintons putrefied him.

The actions and inactions of his administration during the 2016 electoral campaign, tolerating obvious electoral fraud during the primaries, trying to lay a fraudulent foundation for the rejection of the electoral results and failing there, seeking to undermine his successor’s presidency are despicable, regardless of the merits or deficiencies of the man the United States electoral system selected as the victor.

A legacy of belligerency and murder abroad, reignition of the cold war, schism at home and the prevalence of fake news from all political perspectives.

What a disappointment. And the future bodes absolutely no better. Perhaps it never has.
